1. Sweets by A.Janae operates under the Florida Cottage Food Law. All products are homemade and not subject to state inspection. 
2. Our products are made in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including nuts, dairy, and gluten.

1. Orders can be placed through our Site or by contacting us directly.
2. Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon. 
3. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit cards.

1. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
2. We strive to ensure product availability but cannot guarantee it. In case a product is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.

1. We offer nationwide delivery, local delivery within 15 miles, and pick-up options
2. Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
3. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party delivery services.

1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
2. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your products. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

2. While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free.
